My eyebrows were done by Sejal, and she did a fantastic job! I have always had an issue with my eyebrows being uneven when getting threaded in other locations, but Sejal really went above and beyond my expectations. 10/10.

I had such a great experience with Bani! From the second I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She really took her time with my facial and didn’t rush anything. She checked in with me throughout the facial to make sure I was comfortable and asked how I was feeling, which I really appreciated. You can tell she genuinely cares and pays attention to every little detail. On top of that, she has the warmest smile, which made the whole experience even more welcoming. I left feeling so refreshed, and my skin was glowing. I honestly feel like I look younger! The entire facial was so calming, and I already can’t wait to book my next one. I’ve been coming to lotus for over 2 yrs just for threading but I casually asked about facials today. If you’re looking for someone who’s kind, thorough, and amazing at what she does, I definitely recommend BB!

Best place to get facial hair threaded. I usually get my full face done wherever is convenient, but Bani has my preference, now. She was the most thorough threader I've had anywhere!
